Adults’ Wai Muay Kali can teach you.   For male and female students, this Kombat Principle class is for ages 14 and up – and welcomes graduates of the Juniors class, as well as complete beginners. Whatever your fitness, age or experience level, you’ll be welcome: commitment and determination are the only things you need to bring.   Here’s what happens at a typical session.   Warm up – shadowboxing and circuits The students get started with some shadowboxing.
